Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) should be kept forever as the agreement exists in perpetuity.
Disbursement support should be kept in accordance with ISU's record retention policy, which is five years.
Scholarship recipient support should be kept for a minimum of five years also.
All donor names and the amounts of the gifts should be kept confidential unless the ISU Foundation has received permission to release this information from the donor. Also, no personal information should be released.
The ISU Foundation is monitoring over/under spending.
The ISU Foundation is sending overspent notices out quarterly.
The ISU Foundation is notifying all ISU administrators of accounts that haven't had any activity in January of each year.
There are also several periodic reviews each year on ISU Foundation accounts. They are:
Endowment Review Committee, which will have a specific focus.
ISU Foundation audits performed annually by their own independent auditor.
